NTV Telugu Removed from DD Direct Plus DTH
NTV is removed from the DD Direct Plus Dth, from the T/P ” Frequency – 11070 – FEC – 3/4 – Symbol Rate – 27500 – Polarization – Vertical”
About NTV : NTV, an Indian regional Telugu channel launched on August 30, 2007. Sister channel Bhakti TV was also launched on the same day. It is described as South India’s first devotional channel. The NTV stands for Next Generation TV. A fleet of eight DSNG vans, said to be the country’s first regional channel to have such a fleet, have been kept stationed for news gathering. NTV is the only one telugu private news channel. In other languages many private channels are available in dd+.
but in telugu we have at present only 2 i.e., sapatagir (dd8) & ttd bhakthi channel. hence we request you to restore ntv telugu through dth. if possible allow some more telugu private channels through dd+. Already the number of people using dd+ is very less.

Because you removed Ntv from your platform the other DTH providers also were not able to beam this particular channel in their channel list. Ntv is the only, in the present circumstances, channel which is totally unbiased and is reporting without any prejudice. Is there any reason in removing this channel from DD platform? Many are understanding that the channel war in A.P. has contributed for this result. Apart from this the way the channel is conducting its debates on Telangana issue and the current Andhra Pradesh situation might have caused for the anger of the the Government officials. It is better to add this channel to remove the above apprehensions in the minds of the majority of Telugu Viewers who are fans of this NTV channel. Please do that.

The Heading of the above article says that ntv is removed from DD direct. What are the reasons for removing this channel from ur list of channels have not been mentioned.There is no other news channel(private)in telugu language. In these circumstances you have to give atleast a news channel in telugu language that you failed to do. Is it justifiable? Plzzzzz reinstate NTV Channel in its old position.

It is very unfortunate that the NTV is removed from DTH. We are living in Bombay and watch only NTV for any news update in AP. I request the concerned authority to get back NTV to DTH fold at the earliest.

It is very much unfortunate that NTV is removed from DD DTH. So many people have installed DD DTH out of Andhra Pradesh for viewing the telugu channels. The removal of NTV is very much paining. I request the authorities to explore the possibility of restoring the NTV in DD DTH. Also to explore adding more telugu channels as is being done in the case of Tamil channels.
