Zee Entertainment may buy 9X
There seems to be consolidation brewing in the Hindi general entertainment space. Zee Entertainment is looking to buy 9X’s Hindi general entertainment channel, reports CNBC-TV18′s Tanvi Shukla.
CNBC-TV18 learns that Zee Entertainment is in talks to acquire 9X’s Hindi general entertainment space. The deal is valued at Rs 65-75 crore. 9X’s Hindi GEC has been on the block for a while now. They were initially in talks with Sun TV, but those did not materialise because the valuations at that time were too high. The company also has accumulated losses. The deal will give Zee Entertainment an access to its library.
When contacted, Zee Entertainment refused to comment on deal. Promoter Peter Mukherjea of INX Media, which owns 9X Hindi GEC and 9X Music, says no comments.

i think zee tv are also play three entertainment chanel and only one chanel is good condition they are zee tv but zee smile and next not populor bcoz zee creative heat are not it work on other chanel.so this deal are loses for zee ent.
the channel are 9x show the inxmedia logo so this channel are no to buy by the zeel
